Unable to draw

If you are unable to draw, try performing a hard refresh of your browser and clear your browser’s cache.

Perform a Hard Refresh in Your Browser

At times the drawing app may not load correctly. To fix this, you can make your browser reload the local copy of the drawing app by using a keyboard shortcut. Here’s how to do it.

Chrome, or Firefox for Windows: Press Ctrl+F5 (If that doesn’t work, press Shift+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R).

  • Chrome or Firefox for Mac: Press Shift+Command+R.

  • Safari for Mac: There is no keyboard shortcut to perform a hard refresh. Instead, press Command+Option+E to empty the cache, then hold down Shift and click Reload in the toolbar.

Clear your cache

Firefox

In the latest version of Firefox, go to the hamburger menu and section Options > Privacy & Security. Scroll down to get to History. Set Firefox to remember, to never remember, or get some custom settings like remember history, but not cookies. This section also has a Clear History button.
